replydm follows Meta's User Data Deletion Policy. This page explains how users can request deletion of any data collected through Facebook or Instagram integrations.
1. Automatic Data Deletion
If you remove the replydm app from your Facebook or Instagram account settings, we automatically delete all data associated with your account within 30 days.
2. Manual Data Deletion Request
If you want us to delete your data manually, please email us with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" to:

Your deletion request should include:
- Your Instagram or Facebook User ID
- The email or account you used
- Any details needed to locate your data
We will delete all related data within 7–30 days and send you a confirmation email once complete.
3. Categories of Data That May Be Deleted
- Instagram or Facebook User IDs
- Webhook event logs
- Automated DM or comment interaction logs
- Technical logs such as IP address and timestamps
All data is permanently deleted when the process is complete.
